Bethel J. Cleaning

They were supposed to start at 1 p.m., but they came at 1:30 p.m. I had them start on the kitchen first, then the bathrooms. My house needed to be cleaned, so I ordered a deep clean. At first, I thought they were not going to clean the first-floor bathroom because of a leak. They left it for last, so they went upstairs to clean the bathrooms. Do not get me wrong they were very nice people. They just did not complete the job. When they stopped working they asked me to inspect their work. I could not tell them they did not complete the job because they did not speak English so I told their boss through text message when he asked me how did they do. I told them that they could have done better because they did not complete the work. At the same time, I could not pay because my daughter was not back yet from her appointment. She was going to pay and they did not take Cashapp only Zelle or cash. We would have to go to the bank to get the money. So their boss told them to leave and come back, but they never did. I kept thinking about it I did not feel right paying them for a job that was not completed so I did not. I told them that when they complete the job I will pay them. Also, they messed up one of my toilets. They used an iron brillo pad on porcelain and they did not do a deep clean. They offered to come back on a day that I was not available. I work late. I was preparing for a second funeral and my only uncle on my mother's side was in the hospital suffering from cancer. We are going through a difficult time. I did not need the added stress. I am not saying I am not going to pay them. I am saying I want the job completed then I will pay them.

Im very picky, and donâ  t let people in my home, let alone to clean, but I gave this company a chance for a one time cleaning, Iâ  ve now hired them for a monthly cleaning!
