Mario had previously done work on my home repairing pieces of trim that had been destroyed by carpenter bees and fixed sections of my gutter and roofing that had not previously been installed properly. Because of this past work, I trusted him and his company employees to do quality work for me. Mario came to my home to inspect, measure, and identify what repairs were required for my cedar fence and had me follow along with him to agree to which boards needed replacing. Upon my request, he provided a written quote, and upon completion of the job he further offered a written one year warranty on materials, labor, and repairs. Once hired, he came out with his different crews to ensure that the work would be carried out properly and provided a thorough explanation of the work required and provided materials they would need to complete the job. He had a crew that replaced cedar fence and support boards and a separate crew that power washed and painted the fence. ALL of his crew were very professional, timely, and stayed focused on the job at hand. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of work, expertise, and timeliness of the Best Maintenance Group. I plan to utilize Best Maintenance in the future for other home projects that need to be done. GREAT JOB MARIO AND CREWS!

My detached garage was in need of repair. Mario contacted me the same day I visited Home Advisor and we scheduled a time to meet and review the job. I received the estimate within a day and he worked around my schedule to start the work. The crews were always on time, Mario checked in with me throughout the process and the job was completed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Best Maintenance Group. My garage looks brand new and better than ever before!

The workers were professional and courteous. We had deck stairs rebuilt and repair done to three stories of pressure treated deck wood. Carpentry is very precise. A second team came in to power wash deck and next day applied 5 Gallons of transparent stain on a Saturday morning.

Very professional, prompt & committed to the job. Did exactly what I had asked for. Replaced deck flooring, built new steps, secured railing. Also relocated & installed new outside water spigot. Cleaned up mess afterwards. I will definitely use again for my next project. I Highly Recommend!

Honest, professional, on time, and did a good job.

This is the third time we have used BMG, and we are extremely happy with all the work they did for us. We had major water damage. Walls and tresses had to be torn out and rebuilt. New windows installed. Drywall and painting as well as flooring. They did it all. A local contractor said it was one of the best repairs he had ever seen! Our house looks better than it did before! Already planning our next upgrade to be done by them.
