This past Summer we contracted Best Homes for our Home renovation project, and I’m super happy of our choice of company. I would like to start by saying that working with this company was very pleasant and very easy to deal with. Best Homes were outstanding in their communication with us, they kept us up to date with everything that was happening and were very helpful with walking us through this process. Best Homes whole team from management to employees were very professional and had a keen sense of details for our project. We are very pleased to have contracted them for such a big project because they made it very easy for us and did an amazing job to keep us informed of everything that was going on. Happy to say that we will be contacting them for any future projects.

Just finished up a major home renovation project with Best Homes and we are extremely pleased and happy with the final result. It was a great experience working with Jonathan, Jeffry, Marco, Mercedes and the entire Best Homes team. They did a great job and I was truly impressed with both their innovation and home building skills. We decided to work with them on our project due in large part because of their great approach to the project. In particular their proposal for heating and A/C for the renovation area was very clever and innovative, and no other contractor came close to matching it. They also demonstrated great skills in all areas of the project, but in particular their carpentry skills were put to the test due to some unforeseen changes and I was truly impressed with how they adapted and came up with great solutions to overcome these challenge and ultimately gave us a very, very high quality final result. They are a family run business, and they treated us like family throughout the project. GREAT EXPERIENCE with Best Homes and I highly recommend them!

I hired Best Homes to complete a series of sizable home improvement/renovation projects, including finishing a large basement area, building an underdeck storage area with rainproof ceiling, adding a deck extension, and building a custom outdoor kitchen with built in appliances and cabinets. Jonathan and his team were fantastic. I've worked with many contractors in the past and I can honestly say that Best Homes provided the highest level of quality, craftsmanship, and reliability that I've experienced. They took time to work with me on a number of very specific requests to ensure the work met my expectations. Their prices are very reasonable and they stood by their word in terms of following through with what we discussed. I plan to use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

Overall, our experience was positive. The pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the products met our expectations. Communication, however, could have been more consistent. Responses to our inquiries were sometimes delayed, and we occasionally received messages late at night. Additionally, working with multiple contacts made the process feel a bit disorganized at times. That said, when communication did happen, they were helpful and responsive. With a bit more coordination, this would have been a near perfect experience.

The process was smooth, transparent, and free of surprises, with clear cost and material outlines. We appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to choose different materials and only charging the price difference. When we added more work mid-project, they were accommodating and maintained high-quality workmanship. They provided a wide selection of cabinets, flooring, tiles, mirrors, and bathroom faucets. The project was completed on time and within budget. We are thrilled with the results and plan to work with them again. Everyone who has seen our basement loves it! Overall, we highly recommend their services.

Major projects like this can be very daunting at best. Marcos worked with us initially to get a plan together and got us a great estimate. Jefry was very helpful and ensured we were happy with the results. I must say all they were all very friendly and communicated with respect and understanding.
