    I used Best Deal Movers six years ago and had a wonderful experience with them - no damages and a great team. Because they were so great then, I used them again which was a horrible mistake. They damaged my baby grand piano, lost the rod to the foot petals, damages exceed $5,000 to many other items including a gold inlaid leather top desk. They lost all the brackets to my lamp shades, bolts for the bed frames, and I could go on and on about the damages. They then placed items in the wrong floors even though everything was clearly marked as to location and they were given a diagram identifying each room. I guess they couldn't read. I was then overcharged $2,900 because it took them longer to unload since they had to redo things and they took multiple breaks and sat around talking to each other. I filled out a damage report sent it to them and was then told that I had to take pictures of all the damages and send to them or they would NOT process the damage claim. I asked them to send someone out to take the pictures and they refused. They also refused to refund the overcharge. So now I have paid almost $10,000 for a move that was a complete disaster! It has taken 2 weeks for someone to respond to my phone calls. At this point in time, I will turn this over to my law firm to handle. I am 76 years old and cannot and will not be treated this way!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

    WARNING - DO NOT USE BEST DEAL MOVERS AND STORAGE My move was May 31, 2024 WARNING - Do not expect any customer service from this company after the move. Two of the movers they sent were untrained and unable to perform and then they charged me over $1600 more than quoted. Original quote was for $3235. Over charge of 50%! The scheduling team, estimator and the move team were very respectful and three of the moving team were clearly experienced and able to perform. Two of the team struggled so much I had to help unload. Don't be fooled into hiring this company based on the before move team. The post move customer service is horrible! I had to call multiple times to try to resolve this. I called their main office and Will, who said he is responsible for charges, was told by his boss they would not make any adjustments. They have to pay their team, so they would not make a change. I asked to speak to his boss and was told he does not keep normal office hours. They were only moving furniture, no boxes. All furniture was broken down and ready to move. They came to the hose performed an estimate and missed it by more than 50%. Clearly bait and switch. I highly recommend you do not use this company due to customer support after the move. WARNING - DO NOT USE BEST DEAL MOVERS AND STORAGE

    I don't see how people are having these negative experiences. I had them move me and it did take a little longer, but I understand that it's just an estimate. They moved quickly and efficiently and were polite. They protected my furniture with blankets and were just awesome all around. Would definitely recommend

    The most horrible experience I have ever had! The movers left half of my items behind! I had to remove and load my TV's and mirrors! The mover in my house was totally incompetent. They took the easiest items to move and left the rest. The supervisor of the crew kept putting me off when I questioned him about why they were leaving things. He never told me they were leaving and the crew and trucks just took off. The person I talked with was sweet, but also incompetent. She kept putting me off for the settlement of my claim for a year! I never received compensation for my tremendous loss! This is a horrible company and I would not have them move anything! Iwould warn people to beware of them. They promise a good move and you get a disasterous experience!

    I had somewhat of a complicated move starting with packing and storage while my daughter and I found a more permanent property which we did in 2 months. When we were ready to move to the new residence, I had my storage items moved a week earlier from the move from my daughters. Unfortunately, some very dear items of mine did not make it, and are evidently nowhere to be found. A kitchen box containing a very expensive hand blown glass bowl is missing, some very personal artwork is missing ( 4 items that were irreplaceable family heirlooms) and after repeated calls it yielded NO results. Secondly, during the move from my daughters, the move in from the truck resulted in repeated bringing of upstairs boxes to downstairs, and downstairs boxes to upstairs. A couple boxes marked fragile were broken beyond repair upon unpacking. If you have any chance, pick another more reputable moving company who will stand by what they advertise.

    So glad we chose Best Deal Movers!!! Cannot say enough great things about these guys. We did a 2 day move with 3 trucks and 6 guys. The first day they loaded all of our things and the second day they unloaded all of our things. They were professional, efficient and careful. They went above and beyond for us and because they did we had a perfect move!!! 100% recommend!!! Couldnâ t be happier!!!
