Mike Serra of Best Built Remodeling was the answer to my prayers! I had 3 other contractors provide me with quotes for a re-siding job on my 2-story colonial home before I found Mike. At the end of these meetings, each contractor quickly jotted down a difficult-to-read summary listing the cost for the siding job, and materials. Of these 3 contractors who bid for the job, only one followed up with a phone call, and he gave me the highest quote for the job. Another contractor who bid for the project was found from a Youtube ad. After he left, I checked his reviews on Angieâ s List only to discover his ratings were abysmal. It was then that I read the high ratings for Best Built Remodeling, owned by Mike Serra. Mike would become the 4th contractor bidding for my re-siding project. Mike arrived promptly on a Friday afternoon. He patiently explained every detail of the job and easily answered all my questions. Mike was SO NICE and patient!! At the conclusion of our meeting, he did NOT provide me with a handwritten estimate quickly scribbled out on a sheet of paper. Instead, Mike emailed a 2-page document of his estimate listing the itemized price for each task with a detailed description. The second page also included the price of items I placed on a â wish listâ which he separated from the costs on the main job, allowing me to factor in these expenses and determine if I could remain within my budget. NOTE: when Mike left after our first meeting, I fully expected his bid to be unaffordable because of the detail he provided, and the fact that he included in the project tasks that no one else even addressed. However, to my jubilation, MIKEâ S QUOTE WAS THE LOWEST OF ALL THE ESTIMATES, and I felt very comfortable with him!!! Mike seemed honest, skilled, and he sincerely wanted to ensure I would be happy with the results. Without any hesitation, I gave Best Built Remodeling the job. From this point until the completion of the project, Mike was ALWAYS available to answer any question that came up via text, email, or phone call. And his responses were almost immediate when I reached out to him. The job started on a Monday, and it took 4 days. By Thursday it was done. The men on Mikeâ s crew were polite, friendly, and did exceptional work with great attention to detail. When the job was finished, everything was packed up and the yard cleared of any remaining debris. And best of allâ ¦..my house looks GREAT! The work was done in a timely manner, and all the while Mike kept me informed on the status and progress of the work done. Mike Serra, the owner of Best Built Remodeling Inc. was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgable, responsive to our requests and suggestions, the best pricing we quoted of 6-7 different businesses and runs his business with customer service at the forefront. His team carefully took our gutters down prior to install, to our request cleaned them to make them look new and reinstalled them upon completion of the job. We are beyond pleased with how the job came out and our home looks completely different. Mike has been in the field for his lifetime, learning the trade from his father and uncle, and continuing their vision of a business model with customer service and pride in craftsmanship. To him "he stands behind his work", and made himself available if there are any flaws, defaults, issues with the siding, offering to come back to make the repairs. I strongly recommend Mike to anyone looking for siding work, and plan on sharing his contact information to family, friends or colleagues that plan on completing siding in the future.

Excellent people. Very courteous. Took great care in their workmanship. Always asked if I was pleased and were ready to adjust/ fix anything. My house looks like a new house. I am extremely satisfied with their work, personality, and their pride in what they do.

Mike and his team are top notch. We did a new exterior (windows, siding, roof and gutters) and Mike did a great job communicating and went above and beyond to ensure that the project was done correctly.
