The workers did a great job. They explained exactly what was going to be done and how. They said it would take about 4 hours to complete and it was completed in 4 hours! Very courteous and respected my home. They inspected some areas I was concerned about and did a great job resolving them. Made sure that I was completely satisfied with job and if I had any other concerns before payment was made. They were professional and did a super job.

Our experience was with Berry Insulation was wonderful. From the initial insulation evaluation with Paul through the completion of the project with Steve and his team, I was met with professionalism, competency, attention to detail, and respect. Paul, the sales evaluator, alerted me to rebate opportunities from Dominion and made multiple trips to the house, answered email quickly, and made numerous invoice revisions. Regarding the work itself - I was so very impressed with Steve and his project team. He truly was incredibly conscientious in doing a great job. He answered questions and kept me apprised of all steps of the process. Steve was kind and completely professional. The team with Steve -- each and every one of them -- was so very wonderful. Alex did an impeccable installation of the gable vents and the register vent and in all of the rest of his work. Anthony and Andrew were equally as capable and equally as expert in all of their work. I was truly blown away by every person on-site. Truly this was a great team and the house is already noticeably more comfortable! Thank you for all of the service from start to finish.

Crews worked hard, were friendly and professional. Customer service is top notch! Priced well AND they will help you get an energy audit and rebates for the job based on your gas companyâ s programs.
