Pleasant tot work with. Great job. Very reasonable. Did everything and more.

Personnel was polite and on-time. Did not have the replacement part and came back the following day. The replacement plug is not the same as the original - no overflow hole. Service charge for the project seems way excessive for the time/materials.

The plumber was scheduled quickly, and arrived only a few minutes late. The work performed was of good quality, and quickly passed city inspection. Permit and inspection were arranged by plumbing company, with a few delays due to the city. The job took longer than it needed to, since the plumber needed to drive back to the shop for a piece that he forgot to bring. Overall, a quality job.

Though I requested an estimate, it was clear when the plumber arrived that he intended to do the work right away so I couldn't get competing bids. I decided to allow this and save myself time, but I consider it somewhat unethical. The quality of the work was high. I think it was somewhat but not substantially overpriced, given what he did, but he did solve my problem with a minimum of fuss. Also very friendly and polite. I would recommend Bernie's Plumbing but if you want competing estimates be prepared to INSIST.

they fixed our faucets without damaging anything else and left the space clean. They seem a little pricy, however, even for plumbers!
