Marcos was wonderful. His customer service skills are great - he communicated very well including giving a detailed description of the process - much more thorough than the other services I researched. Marco was a pleasure to work with. He is very personable and cooperative. I had to postpone the date twice and he was very accommodating. He spent several hours here and you could see quite a difference in my rugs. The house smelled clean but not perfumed. I highly recommend him. He is not only professional but he has a very nice personality and a good attitude.

Marco did a fantastic job to the point that I think the carpets are cleaner now than when I first moved into the apartment. He was very professional in letting me know he was going to be late. The price was the best I've been quoted, 10/10 will be using Marco's services in the future.

Marco did a great job. He is incredibly professional, punctual, and personable. He was even able to remove "slime" (if you are a parent, you will understand what this is. Kids LOVE making this stuff.) from the carpet. His pricing was excellent and his customer service was top notch.
