    I am a landlord and own a rental property in Richardson TX. The bid submitted by Bent Tree was compettitive. Since I live out of State I was not present while the work was performed. Keith, the senior carpenter kept me informed of the work progress via text and e-mail containing detailed pictures. They impressed me by their knowledge of roof structures and attention to details. Very professional and easy to work with. I will keep them in mind for future orojects.

    This was the only quote I received I'm which the company did not say that my entire back fence needed to be replaced - they knew it could simply be repaired which saved me a lot of time and money. We had issues with the weather which delayed the work but the team did a good job of staying in touch. Rusty and his son who did they work were excellent.

    The person they sent out did not know how to caulk the kitchen counter. My husband had to make them do it twice and had to help to get it done right.

    I'm not sure who was sent to your property as I can not see who the home owner is, but all of our techs have at least 20 years in this industry. We put them through several tests before hiring them. Are you sure we came to your home?
