Someone contacted me immediately, and the promptly came to our home to survey the damage and provide a written estimate. They completed the work and did an excellent job!

They did not have the required equipment to complete the project. They used various objects from my backyard ie 2x8 boards for a fence project of mine were used to make a brace. Accent stones that I had in a pile were used as a footer. They left unused materials on the side of the house instead of throwing them away. The project is now done-but could have been much better.

Gerardo gave a good talk about the quality of the work Ben Stone Construction would do. Unfortunately, the painters he sent out did a horrible job, and they kept saying they were finished and it would look great when the paint dried, but they kept entirely missing several spots. After 3 weeks after the start of the project, and Gerardo promising he would send someone out to finally finish the job (with all of our furniture moved out of the way the whole time, I finally had to give up and I paid another painter $300 to finish the job. It only took that painter a couple of hours to completely finish, but Ben Stone Construction would not or could not send someone out to finish it for me. I honestly do not think the painters Gerardo sent out were professional painters at all. They made a huge mess on our floors, left excess paint on the trim, did not put the furniture back as Gerardo had promised. I felt very comfortable working with Gerardo at first, but he ended up leaving me high and dry - and $300 short. I am definitely not a happy customer and would not recommend Ben Stone Construction.

Hired Ben & Jordan Stone to do a roofing job. Was impressed by their attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring I was happy with their work. So, I hired them to build a 500 sq. ft. deck. Again, they did an excellent job, in a timely manner. Now have them on speed dial for any future building projects around the house.
