Ilya was great to work with from the start. It was very easy to set up an appointment with him, where he was able to come the next day. I had purchased a whole-house humidifier and needed installation. His work was perfect. He answered all my questions and made sure that I understood the ins and outs of the humidifier and how to maintain it. For the value, work and professionalism he offers, there is no better choice for HVAC work than Bel-Air.

I called explained what I was advised was wrong with unit. Showed up promptly on time and date. Checked unit, advised me of other issue and was not what I was told it was. I advised I wanted both pieces replaced. The piece he found bad was $20. I was advised by others $180 piece was bad. I requested both pieces be replaced. So his labor rate was very cheap rate. I donâ t impress easily but i was with this gentleman. I will be recommending him to everyone I know that needs hvac repair technician

I received multiple quotes for 30 years old AC unit replacement. Bel-Air business owner (Ilya) installed a high performance AC heat pump replacing 30 years old equipment I had. Ilya saved me around $4k compared to other estimates I was getting from the companies I saw ads on TV in Cincinnati. Best part is my summer electric bills got around 20% smaller due to a high performance AC heat pump! And Ilya helped with equipment warranty registration, so I have 10 years warranty. I recommend Bel-Air and will be using their service in the future for sure!

Ilya was not only extremely professional, kind, clear, and extremely prompt! His work was incredible and he explained everything we needed at an extremely fair price! The new unit he installed worked well beyond our expectations! He not only followed up with us after to ensure we were satisfied numerous times, but also came out for a small service call over a year later! Highly highly recommend!!
