They were hired to move a boulder away from a disputed property line and build a screen behind the boulder inside the disputed property line. Their crew was not able to move the boulder as required. And just left it. They did not use a fork lift as they had promised. The screen was installed three feet outside the property line, this put in the wrong place. I did discuss this with the crew manager//sales man that sold the job and had many excuses why they did not finish the job. I complained . I was ignored or gaslighted. They did work I did not want and billed for work they did not do. I have communications from them that contradict the communications they now have in their records. I did pay for the forklift that never materialized. Their operations manager continued to gaslight and told me they would not spend any more time with me. She said if I sent her photographs she would not look at them.

This customer received a proposal & scope of work, with that work being completed over 12 months. After no contact for more than 1 year, this customer has recently contacted us with a myriad of complaints to which we have responded by sending crews out to address the concerns. However, new concerns continue to arise that were outside the original scope of work. We have exhausted our resources and consider this matter closed.

Dan and his crew started early and worked hard to dismantle, repair, and rebuild the pond. When we discovered the next morning that a leaking spot had been missed, they came back out quickly and solved the problem. All is well now and I would recommend them to others. It seemed a bit expensive, but I have no comparisons to properly evaluate that.
