Bear Concrete is a Great Company - I needed a 2nd. Floor Patio repaired. It was nearly impossible to locate a Contractor who was qualified to do this type of work. They showed up on time. They did a fantastic job. The Patio looks beautiful.

Quality - well, first of all, the floor looks 100 times better than it did before, it's hard to even compare. Service - by far best service. We shopped around a bit, and while the price seemed the same everywhere, we accepted the quote from Bear Concrete Services because Garrett called us, scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, gave us samples, etc. Other companies simply seemed disinterested. Two of them sent an automatically generated quote and didn't even speak to us. One made an appointment and didn't show up. No, not Bear Concrete Services though. They made an appointment, showed up. Scheduled work, showed up on time. Scheduled inspection, showed up and then when I had questions about the work when everything dried up they once again showed up to answer my question. I can't be happier with the customer service. Value for money - I saw a lot companies offering sqft pricing. $4.25 per square foot they say. Okay, let's try them out... turns out everyone has a minimum and the price came out triple with them. So while Bear Concrete Service did not quote less than others, they quoted exactly the same price, so it was more of a trust that was established by them actually showing up that won the bid. I didn't even try to talk the price down, and on the 2nd inspection they even offered to lay yet another layer of covering if that's something we wanted. A+, five stars, great service for epoxy coatings and epoxy floors in California. I'm in Thousand Oaks, but I'm sure they serve both Los Angeles and Ventura. Thanks again!
