    I have used their service twice already myself. The first time they fixed a problem that I had been having trouble with for years that no other company had been able to fix. On the second job I asked them to complete, they were quick to respond and quick to come back when the first solution they tried did not work quite right. There is always a trick when dealing with an older house with older plumbing. They were great.

    My cost estimate from companies that did charge by the hour plus materials were around $1,250.00 - 1,350.00. But the pumbler (Calvin) from Beall, Inc. did the job in one hour and 15 minutes, charging only $170. When it comes to plumbing I recommend plumbing companies that charge by the hour plus materials. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB BEALL INC. DID!

It's tough to find yourself a "regular" plumbing company, but I think I found that in Beall. They will be coming back for future work.

    February 2004. Overall, Beall did a good job at a fair price, but I do have some complaints. 1) They called me on the morning of my appointment (instead of the day before) to tell me that the supplier did not have my water heater model in stock. We rescheduled for two days later. 2) The plumber had to wait for another employee to drive an important part to my house because they forgot to put it in the truck that morning. 3) The plumber dropped the dip tube into the tank and had to drive to a supply store to get another one. 4) When draining my old tank, the plumber did not notice that the drain hose had slipped out of the floor drain, thereby causing water to drain onto my basement floor.

    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
