Astrit and his crew were fantastic. From the very day we met him when he came to assess the scope of the different repairs and tasks that we needed done (exterior front painting, floor repair and resurfacing, grout cleaning and refilling, shower recaulking, garage ceiling repair and some smaller fixes) he took the time to explain options, give us advice on solutions that would be cost effective and allow us to establish priorities. There was one particular issue (moisture trapped between the flooring surface and the slab of one of the rooms) that need urgent attention, as there was already strong mold build-up. He explained the extent of the job, suggested a solution and even guided us on which flooring solution would work best to replace the old floor. They tackled all of the issues promptly and decidedly with the right tools and minimal disruption to us. The whole job was finished on schedule and on budget and after they wrapped up, they cleaned up everything and disposed of all the waste. They are fun to talk to, easy to work with and at the same time very serious about their job. Five stars all across!!!!
