Owner is very personable quality work for the money, we are using them for the rest of our backyard project.

Paid 50% in Feb and was told I was the next job. 2 months later they showed up after several phone calls. Once they showed up they didn’t finish the work. One flower bed they were hired for was only halfway done, patio not complete, charged for supplies never delivered. After going back and forth several times with the invoice (one example, charged for 7 yards of dirt when they brought 3) The work was below standard and my husband had to fix/ redo the patio ramps and clean out flowers beds. Wish I could post photos to show the work. He wanted paid before the job was finished because he said he was short money. Needless to say, we paid him and he never came back and we finished the project ourselves.

The sales pitch was good. The lawn mowing team was good. The follow up has been less than average. I was supposed to be given a quote for the removal of some bushes and it has never happened. I was never informed when the mowing team would arrive but the plus side is they did arrive and did a good job.

Professional and reliable

Really not happy with this company. I hired them six or seven weeks ago to maintain my lawn and clean out and mulch my flower beds. One crew cut down on of my neighbors rose bushes and I had to pay her for that. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions regarding when the flower bed work would be done. I am still waiting for them to get started on it. My back beds are absolutely overrun. They have been out twice to mow the lawn, and they leave it so high that weeds are taking over. I have a zoysia lawn and it needs to be mowed low to maintain its health. They cut so high it hardly looks like it was mowed. I have given them notice that if things don't improve quickly, I will find another company.
