Tal was highly recommended by a friend of mine. He came to our house with a portfolio of all the beautiful remodeling jobs he had done. He sent a detailed proposal only a few days later. We had the first floor of our home remodeled which included: kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and powder room. We had the fireplace totally redone with an electric insert installed. We had luxury vinyl flooring installed ,the popcorn ceiling removed ,recessed lighting, and walls painted. It all looks amazing I feel like I have a new house. Tal was wonderful. He helped us pick out the flooring and the quartz countertops to complement the white shaker cabinets I chose. Everyone that was involved in the remodeling were fantastic. The workers were all very professional and were there every day, except weekends) Tal came every day to check on the progress. He let me know what was going to be done that day and who was coming to do it. Tal always answered my text messages immediately when I had questions too. It took a total of about 7 weeks. They finished on my birthday! When it is time to remodel the 2nd floor we will definitely Choose Bay Builders . (I'm hoping next year) I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. I LOVE the 1st floor of my home now!!!!!

Tom (project manager), Miguel (head of the crew), and all workers were fantastic. Punctual, efficient, tidy, trustworthy; explained everything very clearly and responded very quickly to everything. The bathroom looks great and more importantly everything works! It was a pleasure working with this company.

I need people to understand the oxymoron that is good contractor. I have many friends who have done remodels and NO ONE is eager to recommend their contractor. So I resigned myself to using home advisor. To be honest my experience so far is not stellar and I have detailed why which I will hold back for now at Bay Builders request as they resolved to correct/address these issues. I will give them the benefit of the doubt until the project is completed. I hope to be able give a more favorable rating then.

I have had nothing but positive experience with Bay Builders, in particular our project manager, Isaac Rozolyo for our bathroom remodel . I have done some remodeling in the past and I can assure you that having Isaac managing the project has made the experience 10x better. He has superb communication, attention to detail, and great sense of design style. We are very fortunate to have Isaac managing the whole process, from start to finish. As he mentioned in the beginning when we met, that we would "sit back, relax, and watch the show", it is so true. Thanks Bay Builder and Isaac for getting us our dream bathroom!

I recently remodeled two full bathrooms with Bay Builders. While this was a big deal to me, it is often hard to find a builder to take on less than a full house remodel or an addition. From the minute Tal came to provide an estimate through project completion, I knew Bay Builders was the right choice. Tal was a great partner through the entire project. He managed all of the processes and crews seamlessly and also provided expertise that helped me make difficult decisions along the way â including finding a carpenter who was able to craft beautiful custom vanities and a linen closet! The entire build crew was fantastic and could not have been nicer to work with. Miguel and his team are dedicated to making sure things are done right and they donâ t take shortcuts which I appreciated. I canâ t recommend Bay Builders (and Tal specifically) enough!

I had a great experience with Tal and Bay Builders and Remodeling. Originally, I received multiple quotes to remodel my garage. From the start, Tal seemed more professional, knowledgeable and helpful than all the others. He provided a lot of great information and suggestions on the job I had in mind. I decided to go with Tal with Bay Builders and Remodeling and I'm glad I did. As he promised the job was done quickly with workers showing up 6 days a week for two weeks. Tal showed up almost every single day to check up on things, and make sure everything was right. He pays attention to detail and he was always responsive to my questions, concerns and requirements. In the end I am very happy with the outcome, and I would definitely do business again with Bay Builders and Remodeling!

Know what you want when you start your remodel

Tal Moreno was my project manager and kept on top of everything, did follow up, and worked with my contractor Rene and stopped by almost daily during the project. It was my third project with Bay Builders. They did my master bath , turned my closet into a walk in , did my guest bathroom upstairs and my kitchen, laundry downstairs. and half bathroom. Tal oversaw everything and gave me a good discount on my 2nd and third project. He took me shopping to pick out cabinets, vanities etc.Designedc my bathrooms, closet and kitchen. I love everything they did. I liked that they willing made changes and fixed anything that I asked or he saw. I would highly recommend Tal and Bay Builders. They also cleaned up each day before they left.

The company is not equipped to handle large addition remodeling projects. They are suited for bathroom or kitchen remodeling only. We had terrible experience with Bay Builders. They communicate well about last minute detailed questions and; activities but has no clue how to handle and communicate long or mid term project communication. Do not trust them when they tell you *I can do it for free!* They do not know how to keep commitments and verbally abuse you if you try to remind them or correct them. Contrary to what they said in the beginning,, Bay Builders does not have resources for designing. They also do not know how to manage Lien waivers and proper accounting - lots of time we spent to go back and forth. They also submit invoices even before they do not meet milestones so make sure you review their works before you pay. Do not hire them if your project is big.
