Mitch Trusler was competent and easy to deal with. His crew did a good job in extremely hot weather. Could have done a better job on the after construction cleanup but managed that myself.

The work was done in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner. My porch and front door look great as well as my stairs are much safer (also looks great), Bay Builders made suggestions and itemized the written estimate, so it was easy to make the adjustments necessary to stay within my budget. In addition, he worked with us to have our roof shingles removed and replace, along with gutters and downspouts. Finally, he worked with us to add a segment of concrete driveway. Mitch did an outstanding job in all aspects of the work. He showed up promptly at our initial appointment time, included references, and always followed through on a timely basis.
