Please explore all tub and shower insert companies in detail before signing on with Bath MakeOver. They may have a strong advertising campaign now, but it is not worth it. 10 week guarantee (plus an extra two weeks because of shipping delays) -- work did not start on the project until 18+ weeks. It did not come with all the material ordered; I could not complete the project. was usable but missing parts and not complete. It took another six weeks to finish the project. The man that came said, Wow, this is in bad shape and not done correctly at all. Unlicensed plumbers and electrical workers were told this would be done by licensed persons. They have now hired a new general manager to get all outside payments and make things right extremely rude and showing zero care for clients and issues. I would not recommend elderly persons to use the company, especially because they are pushy and shady with salespeople and licensed workers.
