    Today Adam came by an installed a walk shower for my wife. Adam was punctual and had the shower in by noon. The job was truly amazing everything was cleaned up and it looks great. Adam and his crew were extremely professional and very personable. We had a shower put in many years ago and it still looks like they just installed it. We now have two walk in showers from Bath Fitter and recommend them highly. As a matter of Adam installed book showers and is quite the craftsman!

    The caulking around the tub started coming out in no time. I had to redo it myself and it was better than the professionals. The caulking where the outside meets the floor wasn't done too well either. They were supposed to fix my sink faucet pull stick and drain and that didn't hold either. They came out the second time and it still didn't work. I had to pay a separate plumber to come out and do it right, so that was extra money. Plus, I couldn't understand their explanation for the tub faucet coming out away from its plate. I was given a big discount and all in all my bathroom looks 100% better and at 70, it is much easier to get into than my old tub. So, all in all I would still recommend. Just ask for the most experienced person(s) to do the job.
