cx stated the job was done and she is extremely satisfied.!!
Excellent customer care representation
This is too expensive it should not cost $55 just for someone to come and spend 10 minutes at my house to change a shower head it should be much cheaper then that.
Hi Anna, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have have caused you, and would like to look into this matter in more detail. Can you please email us some additional information to suppoXXXX This way we can identify your information from our system and investigate. Thank you
The project won't be finished until the end of the first week in January.
Acrylic tub liner looks great. A bit pricey, but worth not having to rip out and install a new tub. Larry is a terrific sales rep.
Very expensive, however replaced shower stall in one day. Recently install so time will tell if quality was praisworthiness.
Good quality of work, prices are slightly high though.
Very nice job bathroom is great
We had a visit by a sales consultant- Mr. Howie Boynton, who gets a 5 star rating for his professionalism , manner and the respect he showed for our property. We did not hesitate to give the project to Bathfitters because of him. In contrast we had a rough uncouth installer who marched into our apartment with his dirty boots (Danny), arrived late , did not finish the job in one day as promised . Was not pleasant to converse with, I ended up talking with his assistant Eric who was a much more decent fellow. Danny washed off some white substance (?putty) in the bathroom wash basin and blocked it. It took me a long time to sort it out. I put a plastic over it for the next day and drew Eric's attention to it this, giving them permission to use my kitchen sink. Despite this Danny still used it for mixing and for placing his tools. To crown it all he stood with his boots on to show me how the converter on the shower worked with grit and rubble all over the shower tray. He did not clean it up either, there is still a mark, like a rust one which I could not get off. He placed everything and anything on my wooden surfaces- dining table and divider shelf. For me it was a nightmare having him around. Protectors which he should have put at the ends of the sliding glass doors were left off, making it slide around both ways, there are also gaps at both ends of the shower doors. water can escape if one does not take care. I am sure that if we had a different installer we would have had quite a god job done. The shower itself looks nice. Yolande M. A.
