I was overwhelmed by the speed and quality of service by the young man doing the installation. He even had to make some adjustments and everything fit perfectly.

I called Bath Fitter after seeing all the commercials and wanted to do a custom upgrade to make one of our showers bigger, if possible. Jerry came out for the estimate and was so nice and helpful! He said it would fit no problem and even gave me a couple ideas and recommendations on what he thought would look great. I also needed it done before Christmas and he got me a great schedule date the 1st week of Dec. I even called Steve the day before to see if I could add a grab bar, even though it was so last minute, and he said he'd send a couple options no problem! Jason was my awesome installer - he called me when on his way to my house, brought floor runners to protect the carpet, was so courteous and prompt, and I was very impressed with him. When he finished, the shower looked AMAZING and even better than I imagined it would! I was also happily surprised that in making my shower bigger it made the space look even bigger than before. Great product; installers worked hard all day, got it done in one long day. Love the new walk-in shower, dual shower heads. Hubby doesn't have to 'duck' to get in/out. Great sales person, great communication for installation, best installer (Jaime).

Doug was extremely helpful, with no pressure whatsoever, and was able to answer our questions and make recommendations where we were unsure. A really nice guy, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. We are beyond pleased both with Doug as well as the amazing products available.

Noted the installer Travis, that his performance and his close attention to detail is impeccable. Had Bath Fitter install the main bath. Travis removed the old outdated tub/shower and installed a beautiful step in shower. Wow! Its a HUGE refreshing change! Can't imagine a better installer than Travis and can't say enough good things about him. Totally appreciate and in awe of his dedication and expertise.

Jason, my installer, did an amazing job. He was a nice guy and made sure he was careful in my home. The shower looks amazing and I tend to find any flaw with things but this installation is perfect. The entire experience with Bath Fitter was great. The initial sales meeting was smooth, and I was amazed at the price. I will recommend them for anyone who wants a new shower!
