    Phil is a bloodhound when it comes to troubleshooting old systems. Other contractors took a quick look and told me that I needed a new system; Phil fixed it for pennies on the dollar. I still might need a new system in a year or two. When I do, I'll definitely go back to Phil. He's honest, a hard worker, tells you what he's doing, and why he's doing it. He doesn't take calls while he's working on a job, which I really like. Some contractors are on the phone constantly. So, if you can't get through to him right away, leave a message and try back in a few hours. He'll get back to you.

    Hired him because two of my heating vents were not blowing any heat. He found a tube that was not connected and assured me that once he repaired it I would get as much heat as the other vents. When he was done only a trickle of heat flowed through the vents. When I complained he criticized the way the builder constructed the heating system, an suggested the only way to fix this is to redo my entire heating system. Charged me $89.00 and left. I am an dissatisfied customer I wont recommend him.

Phil also took the time to research a solution to a problem and brought me the information so I could make and informed decision. I have already recommended him to someone else and will continue to do so. In todays climate Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning is one of the few professional tradesmen left.
