Prompt and extremely professional.

They were the lowest bidder. They were not only on time they were early. They made certain there was no mess or residue in the house and they were very professional. Since the day they were her a week ago last Tuesday, the temperature in the house has not varied day or night by more than 5 degrees. Well worth the cost in savings of energy.

Prompt response to request for quote, didn't try to upsell other products, very professional, lowest price of all vendors. The installer was on time, courteous, and professional. We're very pleased with the installation and have referred them to several neighbors.

The gentleman that gave the estimate, Ernest, was top notch. Other companies had refused to give an estimate due to the flat roof, another estimator had just poked his head in the opening and said "too tight" (even though a burly electrician had recently crawled all over up there), still another company gave an estimate over the phone without even looking at it. Ernest spent a good hour crawling all over the attic make sure of the accessibility, and then gave us options. The two guys that performed the work were on time, professional, and cleaned up well.

Installer not supervised, skipped 6 sections (16" each) until I called him on it. If I didn't know space between studs I would have a partial job. Caught him on cell phone plugged into my electricity. Didn't want to initially saw through olywood behind stucco saying his saw wouldn't do it, but at rescheduled visit didn't come with would hole cutter and still went through in 2=3 minutes with the wrong saw. Initially tried to talk me into insulating from inside (for more $$$?) So many ways I could have been cheated by a guy who didn't want to work.

Responded quickly for a request and kept in contact throughout the process. Workers were on time, very courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend them.
