They got the job done right.

I had them build a paved patio in my back yard with a drainage system for a future outdoor kitchen. This was butted up to my existing concrete patio surrounding the pool. They had to move an existing rain gathering system and landscape lighting to complete my project. Everything was done in a timely professional manner. I was not disappointed in this company because they delivered on what they promised for the quoted price.

Pedro was professional and responded to calls. This company has the value of old time quality and service. Hard work and dedication pays off in the great work they do! Project: stucco repair, dry wall repair, and exterior paint due to August storm damage.

Friendly, project started a little rough as wrong wood was initially purchased, but problem was solved quickly and got the job done.

We gave them the ideas we had for landscaping our backyard. They gave us a complete drawing ( layout) as to how our yard would look. Trees, shrubs, decorative rock, pavers, etc, and pricing. They are very thorough. We will continue to work with Bandeleros Maintenance for our future projects as well.

Roy and his crew were great. Amazing customer service. I had a leak/dry rot in my patio roof which I ended up choosing to reroof the patio. They also replaced the seal on my front door and some electrical work. Every one of these jobs were completed well and to my satisfaction. An area that I find many businesses fall short in is communication. Roy and his team were very good at keeping me updated throughout all the projects. As a mom of 2 young children I very much appreciated that they were very good with my children. Even including them in the simplest of step in one of the jobs (pulling a rubber piece off). Such a small gesture that they did not have to do nor was it expected means so much to me and my children!

Roy and crew were very easy to work with. He listened to my wants and advised me on the project to make the most of my budget. He and crew were professional and friendly. The project was completed in less than the original estimated time. I will certainly use Bandeleros Maintenance Services again.
