    They did come out the same day and fix the issue, which is why they are not a 1-star overall. They also charged $200 to switch a thermostat wire and change a few configurations on the thermostat, which seems way overpriced to me. I am not sure how much it would have cost to use another company, I know HVAC residential is always an expensive call, but they said $80 on the phone to check it out, he was done in about 30 minutes and I spent $200. You can decide for yourself.

    They showed up when they said they would. Got right to the task and completed the project in a very proficient manner. They even gave me a $400 rebate that they were not aware of when they quoted the price. I would highly recommend them for a repair or a major replacement project. Extremely satisfied.

    I chose B&E Services after receiving quotes from them and three other companies for the full installation of central A/C in my 100 year old house. B&E Services rendered excellent value; we are exceedingly pleased. They were professional and courteous. Our task was complex since the home was not made with duct-work in mind, but they rose to the challenge and we have had a very enjoyable summer not hearing the roar of our old window ac units:) I strongly recommend the company.

    Called company explained to them my problem with heat pump interior unit making strange noise, made an appointment,they stated they would be a my location in afternoon ,they would call when service man was on the way, right on time. Very courteous found problem and Service complete unit, very pleased with this company They are definitely a 5 star Company, they are to service my unit once a year or when ever I call them. Thanks for all that you do.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
