They were all cheerful and happy to assist me in cleaning my home by cleaning my rugs in a professional manner. At the time of the delivery, I was hospitalized and they kept my rugs until I was home from the hospital. They are wonderful people! I will use them once I have recovered to clean my carpeting in my home also. I was VERY PLEASED!!!

Todd was great, he called twice before coming to let me know aprox what time he would be here. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet, and was able to get out most stains. The couple he couldn't, he tried everything. Easy to work with, a pleasure to have. Went about his job with no problems. The carpet looks great, we are very pleased.

The technician that cleaned the carpets trekked water and dirt all over the hardwood floors in my condo and used my bathroom to empty out the dirty water. Very unprofessional. The technician also arrived almost two hours late for the appointment.

My crawl space, my study, and a couple of bedrooms were completely flooded from a small hurricane a while back and they were very prompt and very courteous, and the price was actually not that bad.. answered every question directly with good answers and they moved all of my furniture carefully..
