We hired Ballardo Contractors for a master bedroom re-model. They really did a thorough job prepping the walls, which is a very important step in painting. They added crown molding. Replaced all the baseboards painted walls, ceiling and all trim, installed two doors and an access panel on the wall for the pipes in the master bathroom. They worked for 2.5 days and the room turned out beautiful! Would definitely recommend hiring them.

Carlos and Luis Ballardo are artists. Their work is exceptional. They are a pleasure to work with. They completed multiple projects for me and have contributed significantly to the beauty and integrity of my home. Built in 1807, my home requires special care and I would only hire Ballardo Contractors to do the work. The two recent tile projects are truly works of art.

Reliable to do a good job
Response from Company:
The water main had a liquefied destroying drywall wall. We had to out part of the drywall wall from the floor to up 20 inches, including insulation, the wall base wood. Everything is going to turn worse when mold appears anywhere. when walls are open we had to paint inside of the affected walls with a special product to kill mold ....then let it dry very well. After that hang new drywall and new baseboard.

Carlos gave us a very timely quote and the project started quickly. They did a fantastic job. The project was completed in a shorter time than estimated. I did not get other quotes, so I'm not sure if the price of the project was in line with others, but I was just thrilled to have such a quick response and completion. It was worth it.

Carlos and his team (two other men) did a very good job. The finished work looks great. They did a nice job estimating what materials we would need; we had the correct amounts of everything. Carlos is very professional and good to work with. He accomodated my requests well and was very flexible. The only negatives were the following: 1. he had one member of his team who I felt was a bit careless. At one point I caught this guy using the incorrect tool to remove one of my metal switch plates. I gave him a screwdriver after seeing be stripped the crew. 2. I felt they could have been a bit more concerned with keeping things clean.
