Tim was in my house right as he promised, he checks my window as suggest I ask a different company because he does not believe the problem was a window. Very professional and we definitely will hire him for any of our window repairs.

I loved that the owner Tim responded and got me in quick for a quote. He assessed my situation quoted me, e-mailed a contract, and took 8 hours to repair my sliding glass doors. It was a huge project - so he brought in another experienced person to assist him. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Super friendly, super professional.

I live in Jacksonville and am updating my parents' former home in Winter Park. I have hired this company on two occasions for several different jobs and I highly recommend them. Tim is the owner and he is a great guy. The first time I called him was a Saturday morning because I had learned that a golf ball had come through the bathroom window. There wasn't anything I could do at the time because I was in Jacksonville. Tim went over within a couple of hours, took the measurements and put a protective covering over the broken window. He would not even accept payment over the phone until he could get me a proper estimate. The glass had to be special ordered; and Tim installed the new window in a timely manner. I then hired Tim to install a large bathroom mirror. On the same visit, I asked him if Baldwin Glass could fix sliding glass doors. Sure enough...they could. Tim advised that the rollers on all the sliding doors needed to be replaced. He also ordered parts for three sliding windows. I was so glad to have one company that could handle all these repairs. Tim is very knowledgeable and he does quality work.

Local company that provide prompt, courteous, professional services. I would recommend them to anyone. Tim is great. My 93 inch broken sliding door now looks and works perfectly.
