They are Cheetos they took parts to replace and never returned them they dont answer the phone they tell you they are coming but dont show up they are selling old equipment owner is a piece of crap i had to pay 987.00 to get the new unit repaired he said was new call green back he will tell you the mess he had to straighten out gary. i know you wont print this but you should.

Sorry for this bad experience you had but definitely have a lot of details confused. We replaced one of your systems yes but the equipment was not used. We then came out to look at another system that someone else had installed prior which was over 5 years old (out of warranty because it was never registered) and we quoted you for that repair. We then got a call from the manufacturer saying someone else had been out to your building trying to warranty the same part so we didnt return. The last we spoke you did not want to pay for the repair because you felt warranty should cover it which is out of our control plus you were very rude

The work done was a routine service check and cleaning on an outdoor AC system installed a year ago. They came several days ahead of time, just to accomodate my schedule and take care of their customer. Very efficient, thorough and neat. Overall, Jacob and his crew have always been professional and gone out of their way to extend their services, even as busy as they are. Always courteous, personable and would stay until the work was done, no matter how long it took. Would definitely recommend their company.

Jacob called me back before I could finalize the request. Air wasn’t working, two babies and a mad momma. He came within 30 mins to trouble shoot and gave me a few options. No pressure at all from him but decided to change entire unit. Him and Justin were back at my house the next morning within two hours of my decision. Inside/outside both swapped out in three hours. Extremely professional, courteous and respectful. His quote saved me thousands from competitors. If you want good, quick, professional, and feel like you grew up with the guys (plus a lot of savings), call them. I’m not a review type of person at all nor do I have any background with Badgers. They will be my AC guys from here on out and I plan on using them for future house build in near future. Can’t stress it enough, it doesn’t get any better!
