I hired BW Home Inspections prior to closing on a newly constructed home in Saint Augustine, FL. I am very happy with the work done by Bobby. He found many items that the Builder did not find prior to the first walk through. Bobby was flexible and returned for a second inspection on the morning of closing for a re-inspection. He did a great job again, as he identified items to be completed that day or with a promise to complete by the builder. The reports for both inspections were completed within hours after the inspection. The fees were very reasonable. I made a good decision to have an inspection of a new home and made a great choice using Bobby from BW Home Inspections.

Bradley was an incredible find! He is professional, approachable, thorough, and amazingly friendly. I loved how meticulous Bradley was during his inspection. I also loved the fact he took the time to walk us through observations and maintenance considerations. Bradley is knowledgeable without the â know-it-allâ attitude. His conversations are engaging and easy to understand. After Bradley flew his drone to check the roof and used his infrared thermometer, I wasnâ t only put at incredible ease about my soon-to-be new home, I was ready to invite him to dinner! They say out of quality, price, and service you have to pick two, but Brad offered them all to us in spades!

Bradley did a very thorough inspection on our condo and answered all questions we had right on site. His report was very detailed with pictures and recommendations for items that would need repair or replacing.
