Bill was on time and removed the old door and replaced with a new door. This work was done quickly and mess was cleaned before they left.

I feel I should have been explained the damage that could occur while hanging a door, now I have a new door but my trim is gone and my brand new siding is ruined.

Response from Company:

The customer was explained the possible damages that can and did occur. Also, the door that he purchased was damaged severely and bought from a damaged liquidator in Georgia. He stated that go ahead with the install and we will hope for the best. The door purchased was a smaller size than the one he had installed. The siding was not ruined. The trim around the door will have to be redone.

They were here when needed, on the weekend, the price was fair, all though not as quoted, However the job was not as subscribed in verbal communaction.

Response from Company:

The customer purchased a door opener at home depot, it did not come with an outside remote. I installed the opener, went back to home depot at no charge and picked up the outside keypad and installed it for $10.00. There was no weekend upcharge to this call.

Bill arrived earlier than expected and began work right away. I was impressed with his work ethic, and his cleanup when the job was complete. Bill was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained what he was doing while he was working. I will be contacting Bill again for some other project work that I will be doing around my home. Thank you!!
