      This company is amazing. They were able to eradicate our carpenter ants and outside bugs. We no longer have a problem with any ghost ants or ants in the house. By spraying outside we also have not seen any Frogs for months. Fairly priced and professional. Saved us thousands of dollars compared to Orkin and Truly Nolen.

      Jay is a true entrepreneur. Anyone wanting to start their own business needs to take pointers from this gentleman.       I was desperate. My house was INFESTED with RATS!!! Everywhere. My house had opening Everywhere due to a bad contractor who abandoned the proyect and took the money. So I didn't know who to trust. I called BPM Environmental Services because it was under the BBB list hoping and praying they will help me with this infestation. My first impression was good when I met Jay Bell. He explained step by step what he was going to do. He repeated to me as many times as I need it to understand exactly how his work was going to be done. He did tell me it was going to take about 3weeks. He did absolutely everything I asked him to do. Every details that need it to be done he did. He is very friendly but more over he is very professional in his line of duty. He is very approachable and he will always keep you informed on every little detail he does. You probably by now are wondering how many rats and mice he got rid off....well over 30 I would say. I have no words to thank him enough for all the good work he did. Jay...Thanks

      I called Jay at BPM Environmental Services on Tuesday morning and requested a same-day termite inspection and WDO report for a real estate transaction. Jay was friendly, upfront about the process and fees for the service, and most importantly, was able to accommodate my same-day request. Once the inspection was complete, Jay left me a voicemail to summarize how the inspection went. When I called back to ask questions, Jay never pushed any unwanted or additional services on me. Their charge for the inspection was $50 less than competitors. I am pleased with the customer service I received and would use BPM again.
