What we negotiated was not fulfilled. We agreed to have one additional worker and him and use special material but in the end, he never did that part of the agreement. During this time, the contractor came much later than we scheduled and the project is still pending completion. also, made me feel uncomfortable while he was working. I feel he was very dishonest when recalling what negotiated per the contracted agreement. All the material he says he purchased for the job, he took everything extra with him except for a couple magnets and a tub of partially used mudding compound.

No wonder why her ceiling was open for a whole year with no contractor willing to do it. Probably she did the same thing to other contractors too. She is the one who stopped the work because of a family situation. I tried with her to continue the work but she kept coming up with excuses, not to mention she kept adding every day new work for free. I never mentioned anything about having two more workers, that is a lie. I dealt with her with honesty and respect. I do not deserve such treatment

While doing the project, when he saw a better way to do something, he included it in his original fee. He was very helpful and made several good suggestions.

He installed 3 ceiling lights and did the electrical work. He also installed a bathroom ceiling exhaust fan and duct work. Very friendly and neat

Bill took on a very challenging job of inserting a sister joist onto a broken first floor joist. This occurred in two places in the basement. Much of the work involved cutting and replacing wires and water pipes. This one day job turned into three days. He earned every penny of his fee. I look forward to his work passing the building inspection.
