We have hired BNC (Nick & team) for a couple different jobs. Over 300â of block retaining walls, and several concrete stairs. They are great at what they do, give fair pricing, and get the work done on time. Highly recommend.

Great working with the team. No cussing, honored my requests with regards to working days and hours and good workmanship. Geraldo stayed in close range to supervise progress. On the improvement side, your company isn't the cheapest and I understand that. You must get better at bidding the job. Each of my jobs by BNC ended up 1/3rd over the bid. I understand that unknowns come up but bid it as best you can. Ending up paying a third more than the bid could be seen as bidding not in good faith although I don't think that is what happened. I as the customer deserve to accept the bid with reasonable assurance it will be close, not 8000 dollars more.

Nick and his BNC team are a great crew. They are respectful of our time, noise level (and neighbor's) and clean-up at the end of each day. I've been working with Nick for 20+ years now and am extremely satisfied with all the small & large jobs he has completed for us.

BNC Builders is by far the best contractor to work with in all of San Diego! They have completely remodeled two homes for me and I couldn't be more impressed and satisfied. Nick, Gerardo and Chris and their entire team are extremely professional and trustworthy. They are always on time and do such an amazing job staying clean and organized. Their finish work is absolutely spectacular! Their entire team is so talented at what they do and they are such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Nick for any job and plan to use him for years to come.

We wanted three estimates. One was three times higher than BNC Builders Inc, another cancelled the estimate meeting, twice. The job was to replace a 6" by 12' rotted support beam on our second story deck. We are so glad we went with BNC. They were very professional - on time, texts to confirm every meeting. Exceptionally polite crew. They had a plan, showed up right on time with the materials, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

High quality work, on time and on budget. Family owned business that clearly takes great pride in the quality of the work they do. Very professional from the initial estimate by Nick to the final touches supervised by Gerardo. Everyone involved was very pleasant in answering our questions and very accommodating in dealing with minor surprises during the job. Crews were on time and cleaned up each day when they were done. Solid high quality construction from start to finish - as they say "We build things once" - made to last. Leader of construction Saul is a master craftsman - lots of attention to detail to make the job look really professional. Will definitely call them again for future renovation projects.

They do beautiful work and we are greatly enjoying our new balcony. : )
