Write a ReviewI found this company through angi's list. After two walkthroughs of my home (one verbal and the second virtual), we settled on an inventory. We went back and forth multiple times and confirmed the date of pickup. First, I want to point out that once the salesperson won the business, they were virtually unreachable. As the pickup date approached, I began making contact again because the BLVD crew was radio silent. The salesperson directed me to a dispatch number that was disconnected. Eventually, on a Friday, a person from accounting called to collect my 50% deposit. Then on the following Sunday, a person from 'Dispatch' called to confirm that they wouldn't be coming Monday (the original pickup date) but Tuesday, and that they had me down for a full pack (which was accurate). They assured me they would have no problem packing and loading my entire house in a single afternoon. Finally, on the following Tuesday, the movers arrived. As if knowing there would be a problem, they made clear at the door that they were only packing 4 boxes and that 'there was a lot more stuff here than they had planned' - this was before they had even walked through the house. Immediately they began taking a fresh inventory and then went out to their truck. They did not return. Thirty mins later BLVD dispatch called again. He informed me the inventory was incorrect and that they would need an ADDITIONAL $10,000 in order to proceed with my move, nearly 2.5X what I was originally quoted. The salesperson refused to join the call and I was told to pay the money or the crew was leaving. As with any move, it's reasonable to think there might be a few fluctuations but missing $10K in inventory is absolutely absurd. Long story short, this was nothing less than predatory. I secured 5 quotes from multiple movers and the salesperson at BLVD went out of his way to beat all of them. Once the business was won, he disappeared and sent a crew to the house to upcharge the living daylights out of me when they thought I would have no other choice but to accept. After more than 30 days, I am STILL fighting to get my money back. Every time I call, I'm assured the money will be returned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They threw my entire move into disarray all on shady business practices and move-day extortion. Now they wont return my deposit for ZERO services rendered. Dont get burned. Steer clear!
They broke some of my furniture, Iâ m having a problem getting in touch with them to file a claim, they didnâ t take the wrapping paper with them that they used to wrap my furniture, they were going to just leave it on the ground. They quoted me on price and charged 2 1/2 times what they said my price went from 5400 to over 13,000. I would say first of all if you even consider using them DONT DO IT!!!!
This whole company has made moving my mom from one state to another so easy. Very nice people to deal with. They were professional and took care of packing and moving everything! Thank you.
The movers were professional, efficient, and handled the items with care. They took apart my executive desk and put it together again in the destination. I highly recommend BLVD Moving to anyone in need of movers.

The packing part was really good. I had Elliot and Marco who was amazing at packing up my home. My sale assistant Bobby was terrible. I tried to call him so many times and could not reach him I had to call the manager to finally get answers about my account. My original quote was 1000 but I ended up paying about 4500 for my move to CA to TN and I guess I could understand why because I had more boxes than anticipated but I did not get any answers on when my items would be delivered. The original conversation that I had with the company was that they would deliver 2-3 weeks... it took them about a month for them to deliver my household items and they did not even unpack my items. The movers who delivered my items were rude and rushed, did not unpack, check the electronics, build furniture, or even tell me their names. Overall I would not hire them again because their communication is trash and their drop off services suck. Unless you get Elliot or Marco.
Had an excellent experience with the salesperson, Teo. It only took 2 hours to finish my small move of mostly boxes. I am now in NC waiting for my goods to arrive. Hope it goes as smoothly on this end.
The guys were very knowledgeable about packing my home furnishings and handled all my things with care.
