I hired Blamar Construction to repair damaged trim and complete exterior paint on my rental home in Tacoma. I now live in Portland and wasn't able to be there physically during most of the process. We had an initial video consult and they were very diligent with communication and kept me up to date with pictures. I had questions about the invoicing and Alvaro and his team responded in detail to my questions. We only had one issue with the schedule due to rain but Blamar kept right to their proposed schedule and made adjustments to meet with me when my schedule allowed to close out and inspect the work. Alvaro and his team were a pleasure to work with.

We had a small project where some of our cedar siding on our townhome had some sun damage (warping and peeling). Rather than replace a full wall we were looking for a handyman who could re-fasten, caulk and stain the boards. Alvaro at Blamar did quality work, was very communicative, and finished within a day at a fair price. We would use them again and recommend them to others.
