Barry and his crew are great. Price was good and their service has been great so far. They will suggest what you need and show you multiple options, but won't sale you anything you don't need. Other contractors wanted to push their most expensive system on you, and they were way more than what I needed. Scott and Trey did a great job on the install. They showed up on time and was busy the whole time. Very polite and professional. They made sure that everything was picked up and clean when they left.

This company was professional from the beginning to the end. Our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days of the year at around 11:00 at night. The after-hours operator was as friendly and understanding as could be and the technician Caleb Hamby called us immediately. He was at our house within 20 minutes from the call and worked diligently until 1 a.m. in the morning to put a new blower and thermostat in for us. I would recommend this company and this young gentleman who was so courteous to anyone.

I was not even sure who to contact, I fould BJ Heating and Air on HomeAdvisor, read all the reviews and thought I would give them a call. They came out when scheduled, gave me an estimate. They returned later in the week to do the job. They had originally quoted me a price, but when the job was completed they had deducted money off the quote, stated that it did not take as long as they originally projected. I would use this company again, they are honest, prompt, and did a great job installing my vents.

They were able to repair my unit and I did not have to install a new one. They were very efficient and reasonable in costs.

I had an emergency repair on a unit that failed after typical business hours. Customer service relayed me straight to a service man who showed up promptly. It was 95 degrees and very humid. The repair man fixed the problem, showed me how to troubleshoot the system, and replaced my filters. He stayed until 9:30PM, 2.5 hrs of work, and the repairs and labor were under $600! Great value, superb service, and compassion. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again!

I hired B j heating and cooling to install a new heating unit in my home after my heater went out on the coldest day of the year. Barry arrived within 1 hr of my call to give me an estimate which was almost half the cost of one of the competing companies in the area for similar heating unit. Dave and Nathan installed my new unit the next morning and did an excellent job. They were both professional and polite and left their work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend B J heating and cooling to anyone in need of their services. They will be the only company I use in the future.
