Very thorough inspection. Very nice to work with.

The inspector is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explains things to the buyer in a way they can clearly understand. He goes the extra step and tells them how to take care of their home in the future by performing routine maintenance. He will follow up with any further issues that need to be addressed after the inspection has been performed. Sometimes the seller has additional questions. His reports are clear, to the point and easy for anyone to read and understand. He is always punctual.

Mike was VERY thorough and professional providing a thorough printed report containing pictures of everything he had concerns with. The only reason I did not give him 5 stars overall was because there were one or two inconsistencies in the printed report. Other than that, it was a good experience. He had to come out twice with no additional fee. He spent about four hours in an old, big, terribly maintained victorian. The report was 36 pages long with, as I mentioned, numerous photographs and we received it within 48 hours. Would hire again.

They were quite professional with my home inspection. Plenty of visual pictures with highlights of problem areas. Suggestions for corrective actions. Prompt arrival and verbal explanations of the entire process as I walked along with Big Mike. He answered all questions I presented to him. Excellent inspector!

Big Mike answered all my correspondence promptly, provided a thorough inspection, and a detailed report with numerous pictures within 2 days. He was also available to answer my questions about issues in the report and even made recommendations as how to resolve them. And his price was one of the lowest I found.
