I found VA Home Remodeling & Guerra Handyman Services to be very easy to work with. They did an excellent job and their prices were very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have deck work and staining done.

Diego was very friendly and easy to work with. We had our deck power washed and sealed. The inside of our deck looks very good, but the outside was not power washed very well and spots were missed.

The services were not satisfactory, never arrived on time, did not have appropriate supplies. I had to give them bowls, buckets, and old towels for their use. They did not bring any protective material to place on my carpets/wood floors while they were working. Some of the tile grout was not applied correctly/is separating from the tile. Another tile has a hairline crack. Some of the molding is broken/has lots of marks from the removal from the walls. Cleanup was not very good, leaving grout on the surrounding base moulding and cabinets. The light fixture was not applied correctly and is loose.Never on time, so will not call them again.

Diego and his crew did an exceptional job on my kitchen. They took a 25 year old kitchen and turned it into a Better Homes and Garden model kitchen. He stayed within 100% of his estimated budget, an estimate that was several thousand dollars cheaper than other contractors had estimated in the past. I will be recommending VA Home Remodeling to friends and coworkers, and will definitely call him back for other project work I need done.
