Write a ReviewThey are extremely responsive. I had a section of my patio that was not level and they inject material to lift the concrete to match the seam. Their workmanship was outstanding.
Thank you Linda!
Awesome!!
Thank you Regina!.
My project was concrete lifting. Shawn Hodgson was the repair technician along with another man. Both were very polite and answered our questions before starting the project. They arrived on time and did an amazing job on the repair. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
Hello Bob & Kathryn, we are so grateful for the positive review and that the work was done to your satisfaction. It's always nice to hear! If there are any ways we can improve or you need us in the future, let us know.
The project was done very well! Repaired two pretty severe wholes in our foundation with ease and assured me that it was now safer then it was ever before! Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. Customer service was fantastic.
Thank you, Jesse, for your positive feedback, we really appreciate knowing how things go with our customers. Please let us know if you need anything in the future. Thankful you are now safer in your home!
Midstate Basement Authorities worked on a foundation repair for me. Unfortunately, it became clear that they were more interested in collecting their money than doing a quality job or keeping their word. Although some of the work was adequate, they left some aspects poorly done. In the contract they often mentioned, "repair as needed". In the end, they claimed that certain repairs weren't needed. These are very friendly folks who know how to smile. However, actions speak louder than words. Make sure that anything you want done is spelled out in the contract. They will act like emails and conversations you had with them didn't occur and bring in their lawyer if you question the work performed.
Customer service and high quality of work are both extremely important to our company, which is why we are sincerely surprised by this negative review. Our detailed proposals list all of the work and exact price that is agreed upon with our customers. The issues Mr. Gilbert are referring to was additional work that was never part of the original agreement, well after we spent numerous hours of man power and equipment operation to expose portions of underground foundation that he was concerned about; areas which we assured him were fine, and ended up not needing any work. All of this was done at no extra charge. As soon as we found there were questions about the quality of our work, we offered to invite a third party NYS licensed engineer to come out and do a full inspection. If the work was found to be defective, we would of course make the repairs and cover the cost of the engineer. If, however the work was found to be done properly, he would be responsible for the engineer's bill. This is our standard policy and that of most contractors. This route was not accepted. We truly believe that we offered a quality repair at a competitive price. Since he refused our offer to have a licensed engineer inspect our work, we asked what we needed to do to make him feel comfortable about the decision to hire us. He proposed a deeply discounted offer on the total job as final payment, and we accepted to try and salvage our working relationship. We were under the assumption we left on good terms.
Workers were polite and professional. They, along with office staff, we're very helpful in answering all our questions.
They were very professional. They did the job with attention to detail. They were polite and courteous.
Thank you Joyce - it was a pleasure working for you!
It was a relatively daunting task to find, vet, and hire a team of foundation experts remotely, that could evaluate the job at hand while being able to start and execute on an expedited schedule. Unbelievably, with Eric Leach and company, I found that team. The job was not easy, the weather not kind to them with snow still on the ground, but they not only priced the project fairly ($7,500), but finished on team per his estimate. HIs professionalism and communication as a business owner is exemplary. I have given his information as well to my real estate agent who has already begun communicating to others in the area. Bottom line, I could not recommend a better company to do this type of work for your home. There is obviously a reason why he/company have such a high rating on HomeAdvisor. Eric - thanks so much for a great job!!
everthing was fine, except for the dust.
Excellent service
