Ken (the owner) responded to my initial inquiry, came for an inspection and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of my call. Pricing was fair and reasonable. His crew, led by Billy, was courteous and very respectful of our home. They explained the job and did great work, cleaning up after. I don't expect to need their services again as the problem in our basement is now fixed, but I am happy knowing that the work is guaranteed and I can call Ken. Should I have any problems in the future.

I spoke to Ken, he explained what the crew would do in detail. We set up a date and time. The crew came and worked in a timely fashion. Cleaned up like they weren't there. They were very professional and polite. My problem was fixed at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company.
