I wanted to give 5 stars; I gave 4.5 because 5 implies perfection and no possibility of even better service. To us there is always room for improvement. The young men did an excellent job and their client services were excellent. We were quite impressed. We had very bad dog stains. They told us upfront they probably couldn't get them all out. But, the stains of were not nearly as noticeable! They sprayed products to remove the stains as much as possible; remove the odor; and seal the carpet so future stains wouldn't set in. They were upfront about what they felt they could and couldn't do. They exceeded our expectations and charges a fair rate. If you're still not sure about hiring them, you should read the info on their legal and Do Not Sell pages. These are the most honest info pages I've read for other pages.

Incredible is the best way to describe their customer service. They truly want their customers to be happy with their work. They were very thorough and left no mess behind . We have them scheduled to come back to clean our tile/grout and reseal.

These guys are truly awesome! They did a superb job and are very good at what they do. Super friendly would be an understatement, I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services. They were clean, neat, and very considerate when bringing in their equipment into our home. Other companies tend to not have this much pride in their work. If your looking for excellent carpet cleaning, these are the guys you're looking for!

Our home suffered flood damage during Imelda and a large area rug we had in our living room was important for us to try and save. A friend referred us to Awesome Guys and they certainly were awesome! They scheduled a pickup right away, despite being EXTREMELY busy at the time! Awesome Guys promised to have the rug back to us in 1 week, however, when the date came up, they called to inform us that the initial cleaning did not meet their quality expectations and would likely not meet ours either. They asked to keep the rug an additional 3 days to perform additional cleaning which we agreed to. Despite the additional cleaning, we were not charged for that. The owner explained that quality cleaning is their main goal and nothing less would suffice. The rug was delivered on time and free of the nasty odor resulting from the flood water contamination. The rug came back rolled and wrapped in brown paper. I like the tagging system they used to ensure the rug is sufficiently annotated who the owner is and the address the rug belongs to. I really appreciated the straight forward communication and this garnered my trust in them to call them again in the future for any additional carpet cleaning we need.
