A+ for Awesome Austin Awnings. They are GREAT! I love my awning. I called the company and spoke to Walter and he was super friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. Walter answered all of my question and ease my concerns. Awesome Austin Awning came out and installed the awning and I was blown away with excitement. It is so good-looking and it cooled off my patio area immediately. Very professional from the time I called, through the installation process. Love it!ð

Todd got here at 9:00 a.m. He was right on time. He was finished by 10:15. I was amazed that he was able to get everything done so quickly. They also worked with me because I had purchased the sun shades direct from the manufacturer, and not from Awesome Austin Awnings. Thank you Todd & Walter!

Our issues were with the installation. We were promised that the awning would be installed by July 4th. It was not. The installation guy was rude to me, but nice to my husband. I had several conversations with him in trying to get the awning delivered then installed. Several of the conversations ere contentious. After installing, he forgot to leave the hand crank when I called him to ask him if he could deliver it the next time he was in our area, he responded that he was never in our area told me I could pick it up at his house. When I told him that did not work for me, he hung up on me! He eventually did drop it off - we found it hanging on the awning. We are pleased with the awning - but the installation was painful.

Great customer service from the beginning to the end. Awesome Austin Awnings answered every question and had my beautiful awning professionally installed within 2 days of delivery. I was more than pleased and impressed throughout the entire process and would recommend them to all.

They are over priced. The installer left a white cord hanging from the awning to plug it in to the wall, instead of using more extension cord and routing it around. He said that was all the chord he had while I live blocks away from Home Depot. He said I needed to do it.
