After the company so I married you they called me and asked me if I would delete the review and what they do. I ended up having to rent a U-Haul twice to move with they could not move. Avoid this company at all cost they are not efficient. A good company would offer refunds to the person if the job wasnÂ’t done and to U-Haul later it was never done they shouldÂ’ve reimburse me my money apologize and never asked me to take off my review. To this day they still donÂ’t see what they did wrong even though I sent them pictures of everything
First of all, we saw that Cheryl gave us a low rating with no comment. We called Cheryl to see why she gave us a low rating and asked how we can satisfy her as a customer. She said she will talk to her husband and call us back, which she didn?t. Regarding the move, Cheryl was not present and left her son to meet the movers. Her son told the movers to take the big pieces of furniture only, and left the movers to work by themselves with no supervision. The movers did what was asked of them to do. After the move was complete, Cheryl complained why the rest of the items were not taken? We explained to her that the movers did what was asked of them and if they wanted us to do anything else, they would have taken it. We did refund Cheryl 1 hours? worth of work, which she was supposed to receive only a half an hour back because they were pulled over by the DOT for a routine check. We did everything we can for this move, we always advise that someone should be present to supervise, to make sure that everything goes the way the customer wants.
Worked hare to fit me into their schedule. The movers were very professional, taking care to wrap all the furniture for transport. Everyone was friendly and finished the job on time-during the busiest moving day in Boston.
Crew arrived on time and moved some very difficult pieces without damage to furniture or walls. Everyone was very nice. Job was completed on time. Thank you!

The movers kept me in the loop regarding their estimated time of arrival, and the move itself went quickly and efficiently. One of my pieces of furniture arrived without some of the hardware to reassemble it, but the pieces were eventually returned to me, and the company agreed to give me 10% off my next move to make up for the hassle, so I can't complain. 4.5/5, will hire again.

OMG! I paid a lot of money for this move. Three men showed up. Four would have made the job move faster. Not in my wildest dreams should I have paid such an amount. The kitchen was packed with absolute care but took way too long. Certain things like the phone should have been packed so we could find it quickly. I still can't find it. I have yet to find my small ladder so I can climb up and put stuff on the top shelf in the kitchen. Why can't I easily find it? I'm short, I should have found it right in the kitchen. I definitely learned a lesson in how to set things aside that I will need right away. Also, to pack my own things and have boxes on sturdy 6 shelf stands w/wheels that can roll right on the truck. The clothes were packed into boxes but next time garment bags on wheels will be the way to go. I had a hard time getting the clothes out of the box. I ended up flipping the box over and dumping the clothes out on the floor. Because I paid so much for the move I couldn't hire any helpers and had to unpack my stuff alone and is why two weeks later I'm still unpacking. Fortunately, my mom has a caregiver that can unpack her stuff.
We would like to discuss with Betty about the move and see how we can keep her a satisfied customer. We have tried numerous times to call Betty and emailed her, but she never responded. The reason the rate was high is because she moved at the end of August, which is the busiest and most expensive time to move in the moving industry. Every company would of charged a high rate. We explained to her if she was flexible with the date, we could give a better rate. The reason it took a long time for packing is because we understood that the customer would do a lot of the packing, but she was not prepared. If we have known this, we would of told her to get an extra man to make the job faster. We did not quote Betty for unpacking. Unpacking would of taken longer and we would of quoted her for this if needed.
