They stopped for coffee along the way which added an extra half hour to my bill.
Response from Company:
We moved Ted Conroy on December 30th, 2017. Only after seeing his review on Home Advisor, did we know that he had an issue with his move. His complaint was that the movers stopped to get something to drink and added time to his move. If he would have called us, or emailed us with this complaint, we would have been happy to compensate him for this time, but he didn't. We called numerous times and emailed him to discuss this issue, but it seems that he is avoiding us. I don't think it's fair to put a bad review for getting something to drink. If something was damaged, or if we were late to the customer then I would understand. We still want to compensate Ted for this time and want him to be a satisfied customer.

The moving crew, led by Manuel, was excellent! They were professional and efficient. They went above and beyond to make my move stress-free! The company was very easy to deal with, and were in frequent contact to assure my move day went smoothly.
