They broke the leg of my piano in front of me and tried to convince me it was broken to begin with. They then charged me for the time that was taken to dispute that they broke the leg in front of me. It was the most stressful and unfortunate part of my move. The customer service provided by the owner was okay; he apologized and offered a small amount off. I accepted.

I needed piano movers on short notice and the Aviv guys came through. The guys arrived right on time and were able to move the piano into our house. Thanks to the crew they were a huge help.

The gentlemen arrived on time were very thorough, neat and asked many questions, which I appreciate, pursuant to what we desired. Drove from Grafton to Salem, MA to unload. I would definitely recommend them and use in subsequent moves.

I'm updating my review as it has been agreed with the movers to have my furniture delivered in the next few days. There was some miscommunication due to long distance move and we will have to wait for the furniture a little longer. I will be able to update my review in case anything bad happens during the delivery.
Response from Company:
Based on the contract, we need to deliver the goods to the customer within 14 business days from the 1st day the customer is ready to receive shipment. Demetrius called our office and said that he is ready to receive his goods from July 9th, so counting 14 business days, we have until July 26th to deliver his goods. We are not late and told Demetrius that we are doing our best to deliver before the 14 business day window. Demetrius received his goods like promised before the 14 business day window, given to him. We called Demetrius once he received the goods to ask how everything went, he was very happy with us and the service and we wish him good luck at his new home.

The moves everything in great shape and moved everything in to the truck in good time. They did let me know they would be stopping on the way to get something to drink. I think the stop was a little to long because I also stopped bob the way and they showed up an hr after me.

I needed an urgent move of furniture for donation and Aviv Moving and Storage quickly answered my inquiry. They came the next day! The movers arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They had to work around some logistics at our high rise apartment with use of elevator and dock and did it without complaints. Thanks so much and would recommend this company to others.
