Fairly priced, quick, friendly workers who not only showed up on time but managed to move some pretty big items to a second floor when some other movers would not have attempted the task. Not a single thing was damaged during the process. Would hire again and recommend to others.

I like the local people (Aviv) that were involved in the move of a piano from Massachusetts to North Carolina. The lady in their office (Yecenia) and the movers that did the pickups are all very nice and professional. BUT, at the end, when the piano was delivered (to NC address). some damages were found on several area on the piano (pretty serious scratches, dent etc.). We don't know at what stages of the move did these happen. I filed claim and is now waiting for the verdict. So how I will grade my experience with this move will heavily depend on the result of my claim. By the way, the extra insurance coverage I bought was also from Aviv.

Fair pricing, personable movers who stayed on task from start to finish. They took extra special care of our furniture, which was over 70 years old ,and were upfront on costs before, during, and after the move was completed. Will be hiring them again to complete our move.

The employees of this company were wonderful. They are very hard workers and very professional. We were not truly ready when they came and they just took right over and helped whatever way they could. I was so pleased and would recommend them to any of my friends or family!

The guys arrived earlier and worked really hard. They did a lot of lifting couldn't use a 2 wheeler. They also finished within 4 hrs. But the cost was a little more than the quote. Will still hire them and they are highly recommended.

Slightly frustrated because the final cost was definitely more that what I was quoted. I was led to believe that the travel time was factored into the move. The move took 1 hr and there was a 3 hour minimum AND they added travel time. Not what I was verbally quoted.

The quote you received is an estimate based on our 3 hour minimum. The travel time was 1.5 HRS and the labor time was 1.5 HRS, which was told verbally and also sent via email as an estimate. The total job took, 3.5 HRS (only 30 minutes above the 3 hour minimum). The quote was not a flat rate. We tried calling you to explain, but you do not answer your phones. We would be happy to speak to you and see if there was any error in our part and try to fix the issue.
