The two men called 1/2 hour before arriving, arrived promptly and were very courteous. The move, even though it was only a few pieces of furniture, went smoothly. They wrapped the furniture to ensure no damage. They arrived at the new location and quickly had the pieces unloaded.

Friendly until they get your name on a contract, then they throw you to their outsourced "partners", who treat you and your stuff like dirt.

We did everything from start to finish in a professional manner. The customer Kurt was rude and had an attitude from the start by cursing and treating the movers disrespectfully. Kurt also called almost every day to our office and threatened that he will put a bad review online if he doesn't have his way. We did everything in our power to make the delivery as fast as we could, that's why we give a delivery window to be safe than sorry. We made sure that Kurt received his belongings in the best possible way and within the business days we promised him. We don't understand why we deserve half a star review. We will continue to provide the best service for our customers.
