They said they would arrive between 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. They didn?t arrive until 5:30 PM and the workers were exhausted by that time.

This moved happened May 31st, which was a very busy and hectic day. We were late 1 hour from the window of time given and compensated her $84.50, which was to her satisfaction. 2 Months after the move took place Elena put a bad review, after being compensated for our lateness. We do not agree we should receive such a bad rating because of this.

Their quote came in middle of the road among the three I received for my local move a few towns over. They were willing to negotiate to get my business. They were not my most local option but price came in reasonable. The customer service rep I was assigned was nice to work with, always sounded caring, and I called her multiple times leading up to the move. I changed my move out/move in times several times and they were able to accommodate and showed up on time. The jobs came in slightly under estimate since the 4 guys were quite efficient, and I moved a lot of smaller/fragile things myself. They brought packing materials even though I said I didn't need any, and packed up the couple of things forgotten in back of closets, etc. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture (except baby crib for legal reasons) in better condition than it was before! (E.g. my table had been wobbly, they tightened it up.) I was nervous because I didn't have a personal recommendation from a friend for these guys, but it worked out and I would recommend to a friend.

The four guys that moved me from apartment to new house were very efficient as they moved a lot of freight in the 5 hours. They were also flexible as I needed them to also pick up piano and boxes at a storage unit.
